Hi, I’m Jenna. I hear you. I believe you.

I’ve been exactly where you are today. I experienced years of abdominal pain with no answers, a lifetime of irregular periods and hormonal issues, and eventually crippling fatigue. I received a diagnosis of IBS, chronic fatigue syndrome, and fibromyalgia before being diagnosed with autoimmune disease.

I know it can be incredibly disheartening and disempowering to be given a generic diagnosis with no hope for a cure.

I invite you to try something new - my “core” offer, which I created for women just like you! It’s a self-paced program designed to support your whole body through hypopressive exercises.

Also known as Low Pressure Fitness, hypopressive exercise focuses on strengthening through lengthening by creating a vacuum within your core as you breathe through guided postures.

You’ll learn how to lift from within. Instead of straining your muscles and crunching through intense ab workouts, you’ll rely on your body’s synergy to activate the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles.

Hypopressive exercises are empowering, calming, and effective at building strength, bringing your body back in alignment, and easing symptoms.
